Hitler Parodies - Debate

The debate between remove-all-hitler-parodies and parodies-have-a-right-to-be-posted is an ongoing issue.

I think it is important for producers like Constantin Films to protect their rights and their work; therefore, I stand with the remove-all-hitler-parodies. While many of the memes are entertaining, it is an issue of copyright. Copyright issues and plagiarism are rarely ever tolerated. An alternative to taking scenes directly from a movie would be to act out the scene yourself. If it has the same content, language, message, etc, the popularity of the meme or video will remain high, without the copyright problems.
