John Maeda- Ted Talk

1) In John Maeda's Ted Talk, we learned about the integration of technology, leadership, art, and design. I immediately looked down at my own, new computer and the "touch bar" that comes with it. The touch bar, as well as the finger print scanner that is required to unlock my computer, are perfect examples of his ideas because of the clean aesthetic, completely functional, and overall improved technology.

2) These water speakers are another perfect example of Maeda's integrated idea. The louder the beat of a song, the higher the water will shoot up. Not only do these speakers have cool sound-related features, but they also use color to satisfy the aesthetics. Again, the design is perfect and completely easy to transport, visually pleasing, looks like art with the incorporation of colors, and anyone would be willing to use them. Water speakers take a lead in design.
