Both of these quotes revolve around the same topic and theme: perspective. The perspective in which we view the world affects our writing, reading, etc. Our perspectives impact what we think and our stereotypes that form in our mind.

Stories we read and write are incredibly important because it helps shape our knowledge. I am trying to wrap my head around how vulnerable and impressionable describe our state in regards to stories.

Adichie was very inspiring and her stories demonstrated many ways in which we form stereotypes.
